Atlantic Street Pet Emergency Center is Moving in 2023 to Accommodate Growth
September 29, 2022
Originally founded in the early ’60s as a primarily large animal hospital, Atlantic Street Pet Emergency Center has evolved into a 24-hour small animal veterinary emergency hospital. Staffed by highly skilled and compassionate veterinarians and veterinary technicians extensively trained in emergency medicine and intensive care, the hospital is committed to providing exceptional care when your family veterinarian is not available.
In the last year, it has become evident that we have outgrown our space. After an extensive search, we have found our future home! Ethos Veterinary Health is happy to announce that the Atlantic Street Pet Emergency Center team is moving to a new state-of-the-art hospital in the summer of 2023. The new address is 1901 Douglas Boulevard, Roseville, California, only 1.9 miles from our current location.
The initial build-out will use 21,000 sq ft. of the 32,000 sq ft. facility, this will significantly increase our existing footprint by 16,700 square feet. Plans also are underway to add specialty services in critical care, radiology, internal medicine, oncology, surgery, ophthalmology, and neurology in the future.
Highlights of Our New Hospital Include:
- Separate feline-only waiting area and wards
- An ICU ward that accommodates over 40 patients
- 22 Exam rooms, including a comfort room with a private exit
- Orthopedic surgery suite
- Two soft tissue surgery suites with advanced surgical equipment
- Two digital radiography suites
- Ultrasound suite
- Endoscopy and fluoroscopy suites
- Onsite magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
- Computed tomography (CT)
Ethos Veterinary Health and the Atlantic Street Pet Emergency Center team are excited about the upcoming move and the ability to offer more advanced care to every patient while continuing to provide emergency care to the community’s pets 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.
Stay tuned on social media for updates as they become available!
